Our role is to compile cars & provide as much information as we can obtain and present it for our shoppers, assist them in making decisions while linking them to the respective dealer or owner. We understand that there are many scammer and scam website out there, and we cannot be too careful with who we're dealing with.

1. Miri Auto select our dealer carefully, we reject working together with companies or individuals that have bad reputation.
We'll investigate upon receiving complains from customers or the publics, if the findings are true then we'll stop working with that particular company.

2. Payments will only be asked to be transfer into our respective " DEALER's COMPANY " and NOT personnal account
Please note that Miri Auto is an ONLINE COMPILATION PLATFORM. For purchases, customers will deal with Miri Auto's customer service conjunction with our respective partners. Which means, Invoice's header will be our respective dealer's company, NOT Miri Auto nor any personnal salesman's account!

No Payments are to be transfered to personal account and payee are advised & urged to check on the company before transfering any fund to our respective dealer. Always request for black & white documents before making any payment (if you arent presented one).

3. Inspect the dealer's premises and ask the public for the reliability review
Request to review the dealer's legit business registration when visiting their office / stockyard for car inspection. Always ask friends and the public for their honest review.

4. Miri Auto do not own any of the posted vehicle
Kindly take note that Miri Auto do not claim nor possess any ownership of the vehicles on the platform.

Thats a good news, Follow the few easy steps as below :

1. Contact us on "Livechat or Whatsapp" and provide the ID code of the car.
2. Provide us with documents for the following to apply for loan
    - Payslip (6 months)
    - Bank Statement (6 months)
    - Latest EPF Statement

For vehicle inspection
First contact us by "Whatsapp or Livechat". We'll link you up with the customer service of our respective dealer & provide you with the car location.

Used car is a registered car that is previously owned by individuals, while recon car is a reconditioned car without any previous owner registration. Usually, recon cars are assembled in Japan and imported to Malaysia for sale.
